Returns & Exchanges
1. General Regulations
- Items eligible for return/exchange must be unused, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and have original
tags attached. - Purchase receipt must be presented for support.
- One-time exchange per product only (not per invoice or transaction).
- Once exchanged, the item cannot be exchanged again, except in the case of manufacturer defect.
- If the new item has a lower value, no refund of the price difference will be given.
- Routine will cover 100% of the exchange shipping cost if the reason is due to a manufacturing defect

– Exchange must be for item of equal or lower value.- Price difference will not be refunded.- Additional cost for higher-priced item must be paid.- Applies to same or similar item only, depending on availability. |
