1. General Regulations

  • Items eligible for return/exchange must be unused, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and have original
    tags attached.
  • Purchase receipt must be presented for support.
  • One-time exchange per product only (not per invoice or transaction).
  • Once exchanged, the item cannot be exchanged again, except in the case of manufacturer defect.
  • If the new item has a lower value, no refund of the price difference will be given.
  • Routine will cover 100% of the exchange shipping cost if the reason is due to a manufacturing defect

2. Product Return & Exchange Policy

2.1. Exchange Policy

Eligible Items

– Full-price items (no discount or promo applied).- Discounted items with less than 30% off.

Non-eligible Items

– Items discounted 30% or more.- Items from “Buy 1 get 1”, “same-price”, or gift promotions.- Accessories, except shoes and sandals.

Eligible Product Condition

– Unused, unwashed, undamaged items.- Tags intact.- Original receipt required.

Exchange Rules

– Exchange must be for item of equal or lower value.- Price difference will not be refunded.- Additional cost for higher-priced item must be paid.- Applies to same or similar item only, depending on availability.

  • In-store purchases (exchange only): Contact the store where the item was bought, or call the store’s hotline for support.

  • Returns are only applicable for online purchases, not for in-store purchases.
